Meet Merlin, the 13-year-old British cat who's LOUD AS HELL. Any cat owner understands the minor annoyance of loud purring, but this guy reaches 70 decibels.

He went on to beat Smokey's (another British cat) World Record.
His owner, Tracy, told Guinness World Records, "When you’re watching films you have to turn the telly up or put him out of the room, if he’s eating he’ll purr loudly. I can hear him when I’m drying my hair."
