The toastie in question was just added to the menu at Sydney's Bennelong Restaurant, which – if you hadn't guessed – happens to be fancy AF. It's also inside the Opera House, which is fucking insane.

The $22 sandwich contains five different kinds of cheese – each from impressive locations, according to the chef who was grilling them up in front of us. It's also served with truffles – go figure.

Two of the cheeses were from Tasmania, and according to the chef they "smelled really bad, but we are working on it." Working on it? How? Do they have a machine that makes cheese not smelly?
